American Idol Slipping in Ratings

According to Nielsen Media Research, 21.8 million people watched Tuesday’s (5/6) competition, which was the smallest Tuesday audience for AI in 5 years. Wednesday night scored a higher 22.9 million, but that had the fewest people watching a Wednesday night AI in three years. That said, it pulled a higher audience than anything else in prime time.
